Banana, Chocolate and Peanut Butter Baked Oats

This is my absolute favourite combination for Baked Oats… it’s like having cake for breakfast. The recipe is really adaptable so you can add any fruit or toppings you like and also use flavoured Yoghurt if you wanted to!

You will need:

  • 40g Oats

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 Banana

  • 50g Yoghurt

  • 1tbsp Peanut Butter

  • Chocolate

Mash the Banana and add the Oats, Yoghurt and Egg to it and give it a good mix.

Then in an ovenproof dish sprayed with Frylight, put in half the mixture with the Peanut Butter in the middle, then put the rest of the mixture on top.

Then I chop up some Chocolate, I use these mini OHSO bars which are 63kcal each, and put it on top.

Then I bake it in the oven on 160′ for 15/20 minutes. I top with Frozen Raspberries and it’s just SO GOOD!
